The 32-year old Swiss quickly cooked his way to a first Michelin star at his own “dreizehn sinne im huuswurz” restaurant in Switzerland. In October 2018 Cornelius Speinle was awarded by Swiss Gault&Millau for beeing "Swiss Star abroad". Gault&Millau Germany 2019 acknowledges Lakeside restaurant with 17 of 20 points, Stefanie Hehn was recognized as “Sommelier of the Year”.
