Cornelius Speinle is one of the top talents of the kitchen scene due to his life with stops in various international top restaurants but especially because of his success as a self-employed chef in Switzerland - where he quickly earned a Michelin star. His modern kitchen style combines international influences with exceptionless product quality, merges perfect craftsmanship easily and creatively to maximum taste intensity.
The clarity of the restaurant in warm white tones reflects the lightness of the surrounding nature and forms the passepartout for the creations of the young and ambitious team around Cornelius Speinle and restaurant manager Michel Buder. In the edition of the Gault & Millau Germany 2019 the Lakeside enters with 17 out of 20 points, furthermore Stefanie Hehn was awarded as "Sommelier of the year". At the special package price depends on avalibility of €1.180 in a Fontenay Deluxe room or from €1.600 in one of the executive suites.
