With this data protection declaration we inform you, the customer, about the kind, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data. 2. Collection and use of data
If you commission us with the rendering of a service or the sending of goods, we will solely use your personal data without your separate consent as far as it is necessary for the rendering of the service or for the execution of the contract.

THE FONTENAY offers you a free newsletter service. With the newsletter, THE FONTENAY informs you about news related to the company and your offer. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at all times. Each newsletter contains the information how you can unsubscribe from the newsletter with effect for the future as well as the relevant link.

You can contact us with the help of our various contact forms (for example spa membership, voucher request, enquires as to meetings, weddings & event requests etc.). Data are expressly entered on a voluntary basis. The stated personal data will be treated confidentially and will be used for the intended purpose pursuant to the applicable data protection provisions. The data will not be passed on to third parties outside of our company.
8. Erasure of your data
As soon as your data are not required for the aforementioned purposes any more, they will be erased. If data have to be kept for legal reasons, they will be blocked. Then, the data are not available for further use any more.

Of course, you have the right to – upon request - receive information about the data related to your person stored by THE FONTENAY.
